Bam!Now there are five germinated seeds that sprouted the soil;
Short Yellow Tabasco,
Inca Berry,
Lemon Drop,
C05482 and
PI 260560.
I tried some pots today with my on onionbasket to see if I had a match and bingo - instant win.
In the combination of a black 12L bucket the combination means that there's a 3L waterreservoir left at the bottom - which I think is perfect!

How much water do you fill it with?
I guess you must put at least that much water so that it reaches the top part of the plug box (so that the soil at the bottom precisely reaches the water?).

water isn't a nissue until all the plants are a bit older and you notice the soil is drying up.
after that it's just like you say - just a matter of refilling to the lines

if nothing else, fill up slightly above the lower part of the cassette :)
